Convergence Webcast Series
In this webcast, we'll discuss methods for developing competitive excellence in reliability and maintainability. We'll explain a model for reliability & maintenance best practice implementation, the importance of a culture of continuous learning & continuous improvement, and we'll provide tips for strengthening those elements in your own organization's culture. We'll conclude with a short discussion of some ways to improve learning at your culture using online training, in particular during the COVID pandemic.

Dr. Blache has over 35 years of experience in various areas of manufacturing and continuous improvement (processes and people). Included are areas such as lean manufacturing, reliability & maintenance, competitive analysis, continuous improvement tools & techniques, new facility planning and implementation, industrial engineering, ergonomics, and change management. He has written and lectured globally in numerous technical and management areas.
Jeff is a learning designer and performance improvement specialist with more than 20 years in learning and development, 15+ of which have been spent working in manufacturing, industrial, and architecture, engineering & construction training. Jeff has worked side-by-side with more than 50 companies as they implemented online training. Jeff is an advocate for using evidence-based training practices and is currently completing a Masters degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
