To avoid slips, trips, and falls, wear shoes that fit well, that are comfortable, and that have soles that provide good traction.
What should you do if you discovered a hazard that could cause a fall?
Alert others, place warnings in the area, block off the area, and try to correct if it possible, and alert supervisors so they can correct it if you can't.
